The location of the hotel is excellent, situated in a very nice neighborhood with easy access to the metro. It is close to restaurants, allowing guests to enjoy a variety of dining options. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere for a pleasant stay. The bathrooms are also clean and well-maintained. The hotel staff provides great service and is very helpful, ensuring guests have a comfortable experience. the breakfast offers a good selection and is a nice way to start the day.
Some guests experienced issues with the key cards, as they were deactivated frequently, requiring them to go to the reception for reactivation.

The location was superb, situated in the 16th Arrondissement and close to the Victor Hugo Metro station. It was a stone's throw away from the famous Champs Elysées. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the staff provided excellent service. the breakfast was delicious and the hotel facilities were great.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was perfect, with the Arch de Treumf and the Champs Elysées just a short walk away. The hotel was situated in the 16th Arrondissement, which was a beautiful area to explore. The staff were incredibly helpful and made all the arrangements for us, even though there was no management onsite. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. We also took advantage of the room service and laundry services, which were top-notch. the service provided here was exceptional.
This hotel is definitely recommended for families.
